Are you in agreement with the staff report? If so, please submit a response to that effect to me and the Clerk. If not,
please specify which condition(s) you’re not in agreement with. I’m not aware of any issues that should cause the
project to be denied or continued.

Ok. I think really the only presentation materials I would have are the application materials that you have. Will I be able
to share a screen, or will I just be able to talk and have you present any items? Is there anything of concern that might
cause the project to be denied/continued or is this potentially on consent agenda? Just want to make sure I know what
to plan for on Thursday.
