1. The Contractor's Obligations 'rhe Conbrar.Wr shall performs the foll.cwing

mowing season.
a. Trash removal, as needed

iv. R eruring and traardirg of prcparty, as needed
V. Painting if needed on any prior buildings

vii. Weed and landscape maintenance of all common
areas, includirkg behveen structures, driveways,
and courtyard.

Owner of needed repairs, wl�rh are outside the scope of routine

2- The Owner's Obligations -
a) The Owner shall pay to the contractor the srim of 3% of annual
feat per property for periodfQ irn!�pectiuns and routine mainrteriance
prooedures and periodic fepom-

fees for any work performed on the property a5 a result of nun ---
scheduled service or maintenance calls-
o) All fees are due and payable within thirty (3G) days at bill ing
dj Within 3 days of reoaipt of notice of needed repairs pursuant to
paragraph 1. d. above, the Owner shall request the wntractor to

property as is reasonably necessary for the oontrnoter to comp; y

property has been purchased, and no longer requires property
maintenance service
g; The owner, at no time, is required to provide ttie contractor wi±h
liability insurance or worker's compensation.
3. Term- This Agreement shall remain in effect until terminioted_
