On behalf of Chad Olsen, please accept these revised and new documents in response to the Review
Comments for the Verraso North Apartment Project. H 2019-5533
Mr. Olsen asked me to prepare clarification drawings which more clearly illustrate the design intent and
information of the original architectural design documents. In so doing I have used the Building(s) A&C
as specific design and as typical design concept and intent guidelines as well for the balance of the
project.
He also asked that I include the revisions to the End Elevations addressing the issues raised in the
review comments.
Those drawings are attached as well as the corrected Site Plan and Landscape Plan.
While I am not the Architect for this project, I am working with Chad and his design team to facilitate
this solution to this matter.
Please feel free to contact me or Mr. Olsen if there are any ongoing concerns in the regard.
