Thanks Jay. The proposed trash enclosure is 12’x12’ interior clear dimension, I’ve added dimensions to the plan.
I believe the tenants will want roll of open top containers, but I will get confirmation from them.
Does this meet the basic requirements for approval?

I have attached the enclosure requirements as I do not see the diameters of the enclosure on the site plan. Are the
containers Roll Off compactors, Roll Off open tops or Front Load containers? The enclosure requirements are the same
for any new enclosure within Ada County as well as Canyon County. Any questions please reach out.
