What you are proposing is consistent with what was previously approved by ACHD.As it does not change the findings of my report we are not issuing a revision or additional comments. PLEASE USE CAUTION WHEN OPENING ATTACHMENTS OR LINKS INSIDE THIS EMAIL.\] Austin, I wanted to update you after our hearing last week. The City moved to deny the Delano project at that time (after two tie votes). The basic objection (as I heard it) was the possibility of Dashwood opening before Centrepointe connects to Wainwright (given the ACHD condition that it open within 10 years or upon Centrepointe connecting, whichever occurred first). 1 In order to address that, our reconsideration creates a new phasing plan, with the Dashwood stub being part of a new Phase 4. Phase 4 would be contingent upon the Centrepointe connection to Wainwright, thereby addressing that concern. In the meantime, we would have an emergency-only access at Dashwood (to address fire safety requirements). My letter outlines this with graphics that, I hope, explain the proposal. When you have a moment, would you please reach out to me and let me know your thoughts? Thanks! I hope everyone is doing well.
