A Request for Reconsideration was submitted on Apri17, 2020 of the above -captioned matter by the
appellant, pursuant to MCC: Title 1, Chapter 7, Section 10.
The City Council reviewed tie matter on Apr9121, 2020 and agreed to set the matter for a new
public hearing.
The City Council scheduled the request to be considered at its regularly scheduled meeting on May
19, 2020 and provided Notice of such to all affected parties.
The City Council considered the written Request for Reconsideration and APPROVED the
appellants Request for Reconsideration of the Revocation of the Director's Approval of an
Accessory Use for Daycare, Family (A-2019-0388) dated March 24, 2020. The Council further
directed to reinstate the Accessory Use Permit for the daycare operation.
An affected person aggrieved by the final decision in this matter may seek judicial review as
provided by chapter 52, title 67, Idaho Code.
By action of the City Council at its regular meeting held on the 19th day of May, 2020.
