Sonya, thanks for the thorough staff report. I am OK with everything except I think we need to change Planning Condition A.1.C to Phase 3 instead of Phase 2. We are going to build the Corporate bridge with Phase 1 and would like to be able to serve Phase 1 and Phase 2 with it while we demolish the existing bridge on Waltman and rebuild it with the offsite sidewalks with Phase 3. The Waltman bridge isnt getting rebuilt to make it wider, its just a very old, not up to current standards bridge that needs to be replaced and ACHD has offered to pay 75% of the cost with us to get it done. We could do the offsite sidewalk on Waltman with Phase 2, but it would be inaccessible until we get the bridge done prior to Phase 3. thanks!
