WHEREAS, on May 12, 2020 the City Council of Meridian, held a hearing on the vacation of 5 feet of an existing 10-foot wide public utility, drainage, and irrigation (PUDI) easement located along the south property line of Lot 7, Block 3 of the Tuthill Estates Subdivision No. 1 in the City of Meridian, Ada County, State of Idaho; and WHEREAS, after such hearing, the City Council, by formal motion, did approve said described vacation; and NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MERIDIAN CITY, IDAHO: Section 1. That the vacation of 5 feet of an existing 10-foot wide public utility, drainage, and irrigation (PUDI) easement located along the south property line of Lot 7, Block 3 of the Tuthill. Estates Subdivision No. 1 in the City of Meridian, Ada County, State of Idaho, as attached in Exhibit A, is hereby vacated. Section 2. That this Resolution shall be in full force and effect immediately upon its adoption and approval. Passed by the City Council of the City of Meridian, Idaho, this 19th day of May, 2020.
