Thank you for the information. I will press on to oppose the Subdivision plan because Fathom is not an
acceptable substitute for reasons of increased traffic and safety concerns for children...It seems like ACHD runs
the planning, not the your City...Their roads to “nowhere” make no sense...and just because it dead ends into
adjoining property, doesn’t mandate that it makes any sense....

Hi Sandy,
I have spoken to ACHD and they will not attend a P&Z meeting, especially for this type of issue. At the most, an ACHD
representative could attend the Council meeting, should this project get in front of Council. ACHD has stated that they
often attend Council meetings in case a larger issue that they can answer comes up.
ACHD has made it clear to Staff that there is no access permitted to Victory because a lesser classified road (E. Fathom)
is available for access into the site. This goes in line with their policies and the City of Meridian comprehensive plan
policies regarding limiting accesses to arterial roadways.
Thank you for reaching out to me regarding this application.

Hi Adrienne.I would like to contact the planning commission to ask that a ACHD
Representative advise the commissioners why a entrance to Teakwood Subdivision cannot connect to Victory
Blvd at the June 4th meeting...Some of the commissioners were also interested ....
