My comments regarding the proposed project location are as follows:
It’s my understanding these units will be apts. With the new church, townhomes & proposed project, increased traffic
will be a nightmare. Add to this, parking from Visitors, parties etc., will spill over to SpurWing Heights and SpurWing
Greens.
I’m not looking forward to having strange cars parked in front of my home, noise, folks using our patio, etc. How will
this be monitored since we don’t have gated entrances?
This is a beautiful quiet area & we pay dearly for this. I’m afraid it’s going to add a lot of noise & who knows what else.
I’m asking the City to reconsider letting the proposed building to proceed. How about a senior center, single family
homes for 55+ Instead?
