Traffic Our current residents face traffic backups on Tree Farm attempting to enter Chinden. The light currently lets five to seven vehicles enter sometimes leaving several cars to wait approximately 3 more minutes to enter. Note this is with only the current Spurwing residents. This does not include the new mega church or the new townhomes under construction. This does not include the estimated 300 additional vehicles in the Black Cat addition. I fear a major traffic backup without additional access to Chinden. 2. We cannot have overflow parking on Tree Farm as most of the road is approximately one and a half lanes wide. Current construction vehicles parked on the street makes vehicle movement very tight to pass. This road must not be used for overflow parking as there are also pedestrian walking paths on both sides of the street. (No parking signs should be added to this street) 3. Our SpurwingHeights park and lake are for use of our residents and guests . We pay for the maintenance of this park with our monthly hoa payments . A projected addition of 150 children plus parents will overwhelm our park and we pay the costs to keep it in useful shape. It is a short 2 block walk to our park from the proposed addition. It is impossible to think those new residents will not use our park due to the close proximity. This is a disaster waiting to happen. 4. The layout and community planning of Spurwing Heights planned lifestyle is contrare to the multi family development plan which is literally across the street from some very nice upscale homes. 5. Neighborhood discussions show a desire to locate a possible 55 and over gated upscale community Of one level homes with comparable retail shops /coffee shop etc. The traffic would seemingly fall in line with the neighborhood as well as older residents would not normally need overflow parking. 6. So many people living in that postage stamp property does not seem to fit the overall plans. The streets alone cannot handle another300 cars. This is just too many new residents for the immediate neighborhood to absorb. Please take a close look at our current community And you will see the potential Serious bottleneck -a serious potential problem.
