The Spurwing Subdivision area comprises of more expensive homes that pay much higher property taxes to the City of Meridian than other areas in Meridian, therefore; this area should not be devalued by a multifamily development moving next to us. - I would rather see a nice gated 55+-townhome community that includes nice amenities with a coffee shop and a more upmarket retail space on the commercial zoned portion. Thank you for your time and consideration. Julia & Dan Potter Spurwing Heights Sent from my iPhone 1
