Modern Craftman Project
I am a resident of Spurwing Heights and my lot backs up to Tree Crest directly across from the
potential development proposed for the old Jakers Nursery. I have some very real concerns about
the amount of available parking being provided for residents of the new development. I have heard
that parking will be insufficient for the proposed number of units. If this is true, the residents and
their visitors will be forced to find parking outside the development which will most likely be on my
street. We moved to Spurwing Heights because it was a quiet well kept community and would
expect it to remain that way. The volume of traffic alone associated with the church and other
residential building in the area are going be make Tree Crest and very high traveled road. This was
not our expectation when we purchased our home.
I would like to strongly recommend that any development considered for this parcel be required to
have adequate parking to accommodate all residents and visitors.
