We are very concerned with the rezoning of property on Black Cat and Tree Crest.
Rental properties are difficult enough without addition of large Apartment complexes on the property. The traffic
impact, noise ect. on our quiet neighborhood of Spurwing Heights will be too much for us. There will be so much more
traffic generated by Rockharbor church and the other large group of houses across on Black Cat also.
Very poor planning on the part of the city in our opinion.
Please re-evaulate this application from the developer
