Dear Planning and Zoning Commission:
Our names are Manuel and Lisa Armendariz and we are residents of the Spurwing Heights Subdivision. We are
writing to you to express our concerns about the planned development for the property located at the northeast
corner of N. Black Cat Road and West Chidden Boulevard, named Modern Craftsman at Black Cat (File H-2020-
0022).
As residents in this area, we oppose this development for the following reasons: A negative impact on our
property values, increased traffic, too many units on the parcel with lack of amenities, noise level that will come
from a high density project, and more children enrolled in the already overcrowded North Meridian Schools.
This project does not have the best interests in mind for our community and threatens to bring negative side
effects to Spurwing. Please consider our concerns when you make your decision. Thank you for your time.
