As required by Ada County Highway District, a transportation Impact Study (TIS) was prepared by CR Engineering,
Inc. The TIS examines the current transportation network and addresses the transportation impacts associated
with the proposed Blue Valley Elementary School.
A complete TIS is being submitted to the City of Meridian for review with the CZC documents. This letter will serve
as a summary of the TIS and address the Public School Facility Supplemental Checklist per the requirement of the
City of Meridian and Idaho Code 67-6519.
All items referenced in the TIS shall be included in the approved site plan for the construction of Blue Valley
Elementary School.
The following attachment addresses the specific Public Facility Checklist.
