Proposed for northeast corner of Black Cat RD at Chinden Blvd.
I am a resident of Spurwing Heights subdivision. The new project known as Modern Craftsman at Black Cat ; Please
consider the following concerns:
The traffic pattern and access to and from our area is currently stressed by too many vehicles attempting to access
Chinden Blvd. The traffic lights at Tree Farm way and the proposed exit/ entrance on Black Cat already have long wait
times and are Dangerous Intersections. They will become more so as another new community is crowded in to the area.
Quality of life in this area will suffer and at worst, there will be more traffic accidents on Chinden.
A light at Black Cat will not solve the congestion problem. How will this be addressed for the current residents?
