Hello,
I’m writing to express my concern will Modern Craftsmen at Black Cat Rd. I’m a resident of the Ridge section of spurwing
heights and believe that this will development will negatively impact our community. Spurwing Heights is a quiet
community that consists of many young families with children who chose this neighborhood due to the peace and safety
it provides our families. Adding another 300 or so cars and traffic to this area when would be a huge concern to our
neighborhood. In addition, this area of Chinden is already going to be very congested with the addition of Costco, Rock
Harbor Church and Fairbourne. What about adding a park or recreational facility for all the residents living in this area.
Please consider the impact this project has on residents who are paying large property tax bills to this city.
