My name is John Van Boven, I live at 7057 N.Exeter Pl, Meridian (SpurWing Heights Subdivision. My concerns
with the above project are as follows:
1. The multi family development will add numerous more cars commuting on a already busy Chinden Ave.
2. There will be numerous children being enrolled in already overcrowded N. Meridian Schools.
3. The proposed project will negatively impact SpurWing property values.
4. How much noise/nuisance will come from this development next to Spurwing Heights?
5. How much foot traffic is SpurWing Heights going to experience from this development using our
subdivision amenities (picnic & pond area that we pay for?
6. This development is excessively cramming too many units onto this parcel with little open space.
7. SpurWing Subdivision consists of more expensive homes that pay much higher property taxes to the City of
Meridian Than other areas in Meridian. This area should not be devalued by a multifamily development
moving next to us.
