PZ - Affidavit of Publication 6-4 NOTICE OF HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Ordinances of the City of Meridian and the Laws of the State of Idaho that the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Meridian will hold a public hearing at the Meridian City Hall, 33 East Broadway Avenue, Meridian, Idaho, at the hour of 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, June 4, 2020 for the purpose of reviewing and considering the following applications: Ia Falo for a Conditional Use Permit for an indoor recreation facility located within an existing building on 1.26 acres of land in the I-L zoning district for Gracie Fighting Academy (H-2020-0054), located at 149 S. Adkins Way. Investment Analytics Group for a Preliminary Plat consisting of 63 buildable lots, 8 common lots and 5 other lots on 15.42 acres of land in the R-8 zoning district for Chukar Ridge (H-2020-0025), located at 4005 N. McDermott Rd. Jim Jewett for a Rezone of 2.43 acres of land from the R-4 to the R-8 zoning district; and a Preliminary Plat consisting of 11 building lots and 2 common lots on 2.27 acres of land in the proposed R-8 zoning district for Landing South (H-2020-0005), located at 660 S. Linder Rd. Jim Jewett for Annexation of 6.63 acres of land with a TN-R zoning district for Villas at Twelve Oaks East (H-2020-0014), located at 115 S. Linder Rd. Individuals wishing to testify in person may do so by attending the public hearing at the above-noted time and date. Oral testimony may be limited to 3 minutes per person. Written testimony may be submitted up to 72 hours prior to the Public Hearing via mail or in person to Meridian City Clerk, 33 E. All testimony and materials received or presented become property of the City of Meridian as public records and are subject to the provisions of the Idaho Public Records Law.
