Hi Joe,
Here's an updated exhibit that shows dimensions of the drive aisle and parking pad out front. Part of the private
street is going to be located within an easement, so it'll be located on the building lots but will be outside of the
driveway for each unit.

Thanks for your review and comments! I believe the idea was to accommodate parking within those driveways...but
you're right,there's not enough space. I'm going to have our engineers look at it and we'll fix the issue.

I assume my yellow highlight is the drive path? How do you keep people from parking in front of the garages and
blocking the road?Seems you should just make the garages extra deep and put them right up against the road? If it
looks like a car will fit there,they will park there. Extra deep garages could then be used for storage, workshops, etc.

Hope this week treated you well. We're working on an application for a subdivision at the SEC of McDermott and
Chinden. We've had several pre-apps, I think you've been at most of them. We're proposing to include townhomes
within a portion of the site, and are including a private street within a common lot/easement. Wondering if you
might have the chance to take a look at the attached exhibit to determine whether this will meet the Fire Dept.'s
requirements for width and radii?
