the City of Meridian and the Laws of the State of Idaho that
the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Meridi-
an will hold a public hearing at the Meridian City Hall,33 East
Broadway Avenue, Meridian, Idaho, at the hour of 6:00 p.m.
on Thursday, May 28, 2020 for the purpose of reviewing and
considering the following applications:
Arthur Berry for a Rezone of 1.96 acres of land from the I-
L to the C-G zoning district and a Preliminary Plat consist-
ing of 6 buildable lots on 12.84 acres of land in the C-G and
I-L zoning districts for Midgrove Plaza (H-2020-0029), locat-
ed at 1450 E. Franklin Rd.
Franklin Storage, LLC for Annexation and Zoning of
5.143 acres of land with an I-L zoning district to accommo-
