In accordance with the City of Meridian public hearing process listed in UDC 11-
5A-5D, I personally posted or attest that the subject property was properly posted
on 5/7/20 which is at least ten (10) days prior to the scheduled
public hearing for:
PURPOSE: Replacement of the existing Development Agreement with a new agreement to accommodate
the proposed residential development plan; Rezone of 38,48 acres of land from R•8 (10,13 acres) to the
R•15 (22,20 acres) and R•40 (16.14 acres) zoning districts; Preliminary plat consisting of
142 building lots and 18 common area lots on 37,87 acres of land; Conditional use permit for a
multifamily development consisting of 272 dwelling units in the R-40 zoning district.
