Hi Bill: We have reviewed the Staff Report in preparation for the May 7 P&Z hearing on Victory Commons. It did not
include anything objectionable, and we have nothing to add to your well-written report. Geoff Wardle will appear on
our behalf in addition to Rob Sunderlage from Horrocks Engineering. I think Geoff will shoot over his power point
presentation soon. Thanks for your help.

This item is scheduled to be on the Commission agenda on 05/07/2020. The public hearing will be held via a
zoom meeting, beginning at 6:00 pm. Please call or e-mail with any questions.

(MeridianCityClerk@meridiancity.org) and myself (e-mail or fax) as soon as possible.
If you plan on having your own presentation, please send it to me or the Clerk in advance of the hearing. I
