RE: Alternative Compliance
Stacy,
We are respectfully requesting approval for superior means alternative compliance for the two
trees moved from the parking lot island planters.
The island on the North East corner of the building contains a flagpole. The tree here was
replaced with two trees on the East side of the property, flanking the sidewalk.
The island on the South West corner of the property contains a light pole. The tree
originally shown here has been relocated to the island in front of the parking on the South
side of the property. There were originally two trees here, now there are three.
What was noted as a cement walkway, highlighted in red on the site plan, is a small
drainage feature, not a sidewalk. It is included to prevent rain from washing away the
landscaping features.
