Please find attached a letter addressing the staff report and a revised open space exhibit with a revised summary.
We respectfully request comments/conditions be reviewed and possibly revised as follows:
VIII.A1b: request the phasing as planned.
c: Existing home to remain with current utilities until phase 2 develops.
e. Close existing driveway to be closed with the development of phase 2.
F. 10 foot multi use pathway to be constructed with the platting of phase 2.

g. Victory improvements be constructed with phase 2.
i. 35,667sf (11.14%) required qualified open space.
VIII.A2a: Temporary cul-de-sac is okay as shown. (instead of incumbering 2 buildable lots)
VIII.A4a: Temporary cul-de-sac is okay as shown.
