We are pleased to present the attached development review application for consideration.
The purpose of this narrative is to gain approval of a Certificate of Zoning Compliance for
the park site required for Vicenza Subdivision. The 13.55 acre park site occupies Lot 3,
Block 14, Vicenza Sub No. 2 (the required acreage was a minimum of 10 acres). The
clubhouse and pool incorporated into the park site were previously approved and
constructed. The park site itself is in accord with the attached plan set. It illustrates the
level of development currently completed and meets the zoning code requirements for
landscape and amenities.
