Locust Grove, Meridian, Idaho 83456 Job No: 17-20 Architectural Character Cohesive Desi>;n: The building addition design elements will match the current facility. Building Scale: Building additions scale is maintained as a one-story building and matches the north in regards to height and scale. Building Form: Current building has a focal entry point (entry/reception/waiting area - higher existing volume) with exam rooms on either side to the north (existing) and to the south, new addition. New addition is angled and is not a flat fagade to the parking area. Architectural Elements: Sun shades are provided at the windows, existing entry detailing was provided previously, material changes in elevation are to match current building. Materials: Building materials are used to break up the elevations and will match the north side of the main entry. Materials will match existing using the cultured stone, stucco finish, aluminum storefront system and metal sun shades at the windows. Pedestrian walkways: Existing pedestrian walkway in front of the building, new walkway to be provide from the existing north exit (employee entry) to the new parking area.
