Super. You can build up to 30 lots until the bridge and the gravel access back out to black cat is completed. Phase 2 could
be built once the bridge is completed as well.

In response, per the attached, our 72-lot first phase could include the Five Mile Creek bridge with a gravel fire access to
Black Cat.
The second phase will complete improvement of San Remo.

Good morning! Just looking over the PP’s for the Quartet subs. Will the complete roadway from San Remo all the way
between the subs be built to the north be built with the first phase? Otherwise you will be limited to 30 lot phases in
each sub until the 2 are connected. Once the bridge is built, you would have enough access coverage for both subs.
