Thanks for the updated plan. It looks like the proposed layout for the roads is the same, so the site specific conditions of
approval will still be the same. Since these are the same and the lots are decreasing in this case, the staff report doesn’t
need to be revised. I’ll make a note in the file.

I can’t remember if I sent you a copy of this revised plat earlier or not but if not, here it is. Will you be revising your staff
report or will it stay the same? They’ve reduced the number of building lots from 50 to 33 but he accesses are the same.
