The Annexation and Preliminary Plat for the Warrick Subdivision(H-2018- 0015)were approved by City Council at their February 5, 2019 public hearing. The submitted final plat on 3.66 acres for 19 building lots and 4 common lots in an R-8 zone conforms to the original Annexation, Preliminary Plat, and Development Agreement for the site and meets all the requirements thereof. The submitted final plat, development plans, and landscape plans conform to the UDC and all applicable engineering, archtitectural, and surveying practices and local standards.
