Commercial Street Meridian, ID 83642 RE: Tough Line Customs (A-2020-0098) Dear Mrs. Hossfeld: This letter is to confirm that the Director approved your Certificate of Zoning Compliance Change of Use application for a spray on truck bedliner business on the subject property, zoned I-L (Light Industrial). The primary use of the property will be to pick trucks up from local dealerships, spray on the bedliner, and then return the vehicles within a few hours. Vehicles will be rotated through quickly and not be stored on the property. The subject property has no previous conditions of approval. No exterior modifications are approved with this application. This approval is subject to compliance with UDC 11-4-3-37, Minor Vehicle Repair: A. Where adjoining a residential property or district, all repair activities (including, but not limited to, open pits and lifts) shall occur within an enclosed structure. B. Inoperable or dismantled motor vehicles shall be stored behind a closed vision fence, wall, or screen or within an enclosed structure and shall not be visible from the street.
