Republic presented their report for the first quarter. Conversation centered HHW use and cost to
service.

1. Ada County Landfill Cost of Service Study
An update was provided on the end of the Ada County Landfill rate increase cycle.
2. MYAC recycle signage
SWAC approved the signage and cost to partner with MYAC on the recycle containers in
downtown.

1. SWAC subcommittee update
Commissioner Nelson provided an update on the subcommittee.
2. Recycle a Bicycle 2020
Conversation centered on who would assist with the updated event

Discussion confirmed event is continuing citywide
4. Change of subscription grass collection
Presentation was presented to SWAC regarding possible option of changing grass
program. SWAC voted to move consideration to Council with a do-pass
recommendation.
