I would like to oppose the development as outlined for the following 2 reasons:
1. The developers propose that exit and entry for the preliminary plat would be exclusively through the
Tradewinds development streets....I oppose this and recommend that they construct their own
exit and entrance onto Victory Blvd.....
2. As a homeowner who's home is on Como Ave, I oppose construction of homes adjacent to the East of Como
Ave unless they mirror the homes already constructed on Como Ave....
Another words, Single-Story homes that exist on Como Ave be mirrored in the Teakwood development with
Single-Story homes, and that 2-Story homes that exist on Como Ave be mirrored in the
Teakwood development with 2-Story homes......
