Hi Jerry, thanks for your email. I'm your neighbor (Glacier Springs) and have lived in Meridian
for nearly 40 years. It's amazing how much our community, specifically the south side has
changed. Because the project you reference is part of an open application I can't speak about it
while not on the public record. However, I want you to know I've read your email and have sent
it on to the rest of the council for their review.
Thanks for reaching out, feel free to give me a call if you have any future questions or concerns.
Best,
Luke

Dear Luke
Please add my name of interested neighbors that have had enough of these ugly,
high density apartments killing the traffic flows and adding to the already
overcrowded schools in S. Meridian! Please take it elsewhere, perhaps the North
instead, or how about out east in the desert area that would welcome apartments!
No and heck no, PLEASE!!!!

Mr. Pollard,
Thank you for your comments. I am copying in the City Clerk so they can be added to the public record on
Monday.
I am not allowed to comment outside of the actual city council meeting on individual developments from a
legal standpoint but please know that I've received it, and now we are forwarding it for the rest of council and
the mayor as well.
Have a nice week,
Liz

RE: Apartments in South Meridian Victory and Meridian Rd!
Jerry,
Thank you for your email. I appreciate you taking time to share your thoughts and comments with us.
Because this project is part of an open application and should it be a tie vote in front of our City Council, I should refrain
from commenting outside the public hearing. At the City we take public feedback seriously and want you to know that
we have received your email and have read your comments.
I am copying our City Clerk to this email as it will be included in the public record. I encourage you to check the City's
website, meridiancity.org, for additional information regarding the development.
Thank you again for contacting up with your concerns.
Mayor Robert Simison
City of Meridian
