Location of proposed tower will be at 1668 E. Franklin Road, on Day Wireless Property near the new multi -tenant flex building on 2.6 acres of land in the I-L Zoning District. EXPLANAT/ON OF PROPOSAL Day Management currently owns the lands and will need to operate a communications facility at the location of the proposed tower. Day Management owns all improvements currently at the site. Day Management will need to construct this tower at the location depicted on the attached construction drawings for 1668 E. Franklin Road, to support Emergency Responder, Hospital Communications and Business Operations. The proposed 125' tower height is needed to provide the required coverage area for said location including Emergency Responder, Hospital Communications and Business Operations. This proposed 125' tower would be replacing two ((1)120' ffi (1) 50') towers from the current Day Management location in Boise. Our proposal has been approved by the Planning Commission with one condition of approval as follows: 1) The applicant shall correct the submitted plans to show a vinyl privacy fence instead of a chain - link Fence with vinyl slats at the time of the CZC and DES and construct the fence to UDC standards, as proposed in their alternative compliance narrative.'
