SUBJECT: Roadway Narrative
The proposed Inglewood Place Subdivision No. 1 is located on the northeast corner of Victory
and Eagle Roads in Meridian, Idaho. Phase 1 of this subdivision includes a retirement care
facility and seven cottages. The cottages are planned to supplement the main retirement care
facility with additional individual rooms.
Access to these cottages is proposed to be provided from two private roads off Titanium
Avenue as shown in the image below.
