CC - PRIVATE ROAD MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT PRIVATE ROAD MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT
An Agreement made this original date of 20_, applicable to the undersigned parcel
owner,
This agreement is for the private roads identified in Block 2 the Inglewood Place Subdivision No. 1 final
plat situated in the SW 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of Section 21,Township 3 North, Range 1 East Boise Meridian
in the City of Meridian Idaho.
The current owner entity desires to enter into an Agreement with itself regarding the maintenance and
improvements to the above stated private roads.
The current owner and all future owners will be responsible for the following:
1. Road Maintenance. Road maintenance and road improvements will be undertaken and made
whenever necessary to maintain the road in good operating condition at all times and to insure the
provision of safe access by emergency vehicles.
2. Utility Repairs. If a utility company and/or public agency elects to install, repair, and/or replace
underground utilities within the private roads,the utility company and/or public agency shall repair the
roadway in accordance with the most stringent requirements of Idaho State Public Works Construction
standards and applicable local standards.All costs for roadway repair due to public utility work will be
the responsibility of the utility company and/or public agency.
