Given the current circumstances the site was not posted within the 10 day window. In light of Staff's and the Commission's concerns having a hearing for the plat would be an unproductive use of the City Council's time. We would also request that the project be remanded back to the Planning & Zoning Commission. The day after the P&Z Hearing, the team immediately went to work incorporating changes to the plat in response to the Commission's concerns and would like the opportunity to demonstrate that we heard the Commission and have addressed their concerns. It would be greatly appreciated if staff would indicate support for the request for remand back to the P&Z Commission given the prompt revision of the plat in light of the issues identified by P&Z.
