Project Narrative
The proposed building at Lot 10, Block 2 in the Hill’s Century Farm Subdivision will be a small
animal veterinary clinic. The building is owned and operated by Pat Broshar, who is the owner
and doctor at Ada Veterinary Clinic. The building will be all new construction - 3,800 square feet
single-story structure.
The exterior will be dark grey stucco with dark colored stone accents, dark roof & trim, and a full
ston entry piece with parapet roofs. The size and scale of the building are similar to the other
nearby commercial buildings. The front elevation features a large brick wall with metal awnings
in the center for the common entrance into the building.
Complementary landscaping will accent the building, parking stalls and sidewalks. There will be
sidewalks on three sides of the building adjacent to the parking for pedestrian access. Along the
sides of the building and in parking islands native trees and plants will be planted.
