of the City of Meridian will
hold a public hearing at the
Meridian City Hall, 33 East
Broadway Avenue, Meridian,
Idaho, at the hour of 6:00
p.m. on Tuesday, May 5,
2020 for the purpose of re-
viewing and considering the
following application:
Todd Campbell Construc-
tion, Inc. for an Annexation
of 10.03 acres of land with an
R-8 zoning district, and a
Preliminary Plat consisting
of 33 building lots and 4 com-
mon lots on 9.84 acres of
land in the R-8 zoning district
for Allmon Subdivision (H-
2019-0135), located at 5885
&5875 N. Locust Grove Rd.
Individuals wishing to testify
in person may do so by at-
tending the public hearing at
the above-noted time and
date. Oral testimony may be
limited to 3 minutes per per-
son. Written testimony may
be submitted up to 72 hours
prior to the Public Hearing via
mail or in person to Meridian
City Clerk, 33 E. Broadway
