Sonya, Originally,we did analyze this.Ultimately,it only benefited(slightly)a few lots...maybe even just one(#40)from the standpoint of connectivity.The negative was that the pond became long and skinny in order to give the path enough room with a buffer to the lots while still having some nice landscaping.In the end,we liked being able to create a secondary experience while maximizing the year round landscaping behind those view lots.
