Thanks for chatting on the phone and I received your email. Other than the Public Utility easements
of 10’ on the front and rear lot lines as shown on the plat, I don’t see any other easements for us.
The picture you sent below doesn’t match any of our internal mapping stuff. That doesn’t mean it
doesn’t exist (our records aren’t perfect ) but I will need a copy of the easement to be able to help.

Hi Chris,We received word from the Meridian land development & transportation reviews that there
is an existing Idaho Power easement located on the Hughes Fire site (see image below). I
have attached the Original Plat of McNelis Subdivision. The easement is on Lot 6 Block 2.
