The enclosure and locations look good, am I correct in assuming the driver will enter through a gate drive around the
building service the container and then exit through the next gate?

That is correct; they would be able to access the enclosure via that circulation loop. The gates will remain open during
business hours (7-4 from my understanding) so the driver should not need a code to enter the rear yard.
