Burlingame Subdivision No . 2 is located northwest of the intersection of W . Cherry Lane and N . Black Cat Road and south of Turnberry Subdivision . The gross density of the final plat is 4 . 29 dwelling units per acre , with a net density of 6 . 74 dwelling units per acre . The minimum lot size is 5 , 504 square feet , with the average property size being 6 , 463 square feet . Landscaping provided with this phase is 1 . 83 acres , or 17 . 4 percent of the site .
