Just received postcard from city. It was difficult to know plans for subdivision because the name was victory commons.
The location on the postcard is wrong stating it is east of eagle road. Very confusing to public! We are concerned about
the walking path that will run into our private property at 2015 e victory rd. I have pointed this out to city staff in 2019.
We would like to express that our private farm road west of our home will not be used for construction vehicles for this
project. Also property of 1975 will not have an exit through our road For future building lots. Our parcel to the east of
development drains under bridge to the west along victory rd to locust grove. We hope that this developer will not
interfere with this drainage. I am also wondering if we will be able to testify in front of council?
