A fee of $160 is required with submittal of the application. See attached checklist for items that need to be submitted. • In lieu of on-street parking, a parking exhibit should be submitted that depicts show many spaces are proposed above and beyond code requirements; on-street parking is recommended for additional parking for residents and guests—this has been a huge topic of discussion lately at hearings along with not having adequate space for trash carts to be placed on pick-up days in areas where there are a lot of common driveways proposed. • The transition in lot sizes from Lots 61-63 to the adjacent lot to the south isn't great, I recommend losing a lot or reconfiguring that area so that max. there is a 2:1 transition. • Submit an exhibit for lots accessed via common driveways that depicts the setbacks,fencing, building envelope, and orientation of the lots and structures accessed via the common driveways; if a property abuts a common driveway but has the required minimum street frontage and is taking access via the public street, the driveway shall be depicted on the opposite side of the shared property line from the common driveway as set forth in UDC 11- 6C-3 D.
