We will be submitting a preliminary plat and landscape plan with the removal of the perimeter common area. We will re-notice as
soon as you tell us the date we have been assigned for City Council.
Dean will be working on getting the plat revised and the landscape plan revised and over to you as soon as possible. Please let us
know the new City Council date and we will get the sign updated.

Todd,
We can delay the Findings if you submit a revised preliminary plat & landscape plan that reflects the reduction in the
number of buildable lots & those accessed off the common driveway as directed by the Council; however, removal of
the perimeter common area and change to the qualified open space will require the project be re-noticed for another
1
public hearing before Council, which won’t occur until at least May (you will need to pay a re-notice fee of $183). You
will also need to submit a revised open space exhibit & any changes to the elevations proposed.
Please let me know as soon as possible how you’d like to proceed.
Thanks,
Sonya

We are not in agreement with the way the plat currently is planned Based on the decision for removing five lots. Can
we delay this next step until we have a conclusion on what we need to do to modify the layout. Please let me know the
process for modifying the layout as soon as possible.
