Narrative per checklist:
This building t83t East Overland Roatl, Meridian, Idaho was constructed in 2014.
It was designed as occupancy use classification (B office) as were the other structures
within the Campania Office Complex. There era (7) total buildings at final build out and
currently (3) have been completed and occupied. This building #4 was completed and
finished inside, but has never been occupi6d.
This change of use application is submitted for the Education Group E occupancy
use of a day care facility. Thera will be no interior work or changes from the current office
use layout, however a dual sink is add6d_
A new fire alarm system is currently under design waiting for authorized installation.
There are (2) interior wall mounted fire extinguishers. The physical structure is all
constructed per UBC 2013 code. A one hour fire rated exterior wall is constructed at the
area of the adjacent building.
Reference, Meridian Code, chapter 4, specific use standards:
The day care will handle 50 children at all times of operation (06:30 - t 8:30)_ There
is ample parking (t 05 complex) and turning space to safely have children arrive and
depart. The eMerior lawn play area is enclosed with a 6 foot nonscalable wood fence and
encloses 2,450 square feet.
