Commander St. I am thus far very pleased with the direction of the city of Meridien's growth. However, changing the zoning of this property would show contempt for the planners who wisely concluded that R4 zoning is proper for this property, due to traffic problems already apparent. Todd Campbell was open about his reason for requesting the zoning change during his meeting with Reserve Subdivision Division home owners. He didn't feel there would be enough room for profit under the limit of R4 zoning. My home is on the north property line of this property, and directly adjacent to Locust Grove Rd. Am I expected to be happy that the value of my property can be lowered by 50,000.00 to 100,000.00 to increase his profit margin. I would normally attend any public meeting concerning the ultimate use of this property. However fate and/or the Chinese have temporarily made that difficult. I trust that the present zoning considered Traffic, Schools, Sewer, Utilities, etc. I hope that whatever decision you make will be consistent with us all remaining good neighbors. Sincerely, Albert Castagnola
